CL3 Property Management is a boutique firm specializing in property management for individually owned, luxury condominium units, townhomes, single family homes and investment properties. CL3 intends to build off the professionalism and knowledge foundation of 10 years of industry experience, while maintaining a high quality residence for our owners and tenants. CL3 stands for Chicago Luxury Living and Leasing. CL3 is committed to timely and professional response to property owners and their tenants throughout the leasing experience, and will treat each property as if it is our own. We believe that a high quality and professionally managed property is the key to preserving value in the property itself, and is beneficial to the relationship between our tenants and owners.
