Towne Properties was established in 1961 with the express purpose of leading the renaissance of Mt. Adams, an old-world hilltop village that overlooks downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River. The renovation of five 100-year-old structures on St. Gregory Street into 14 exciting apartments attracted local and national attention and began a corporate commitment to great design, construction and management that are the hallmarks of Towne Properties.
