We market on all the major sites and will have your property advertised within 72 hours of collecting the marketing fee. Some of the sites we market on are Rentals.com, RentVine.com and Craig's list. Signs and flyers help perspective renters find out if this is a property they are interested in. We also post properties in Local papers weekly!!

  • Showing your property (professional sales/leasing agents)
    We use professional showing agents to show your home. This allows the perspective tenants to hear from an expert about the area and more importantly about the home. Our agents know everything. They are equipped with details like, Square feet, average monthly utilities and most importantly a flyer for perspective tenants to remember all the details about the home.

    We also provide a recorded message line that makes your home available to potential tenants 24/7, we also have instant text messaging, meaning tenants can text the number on the sign, and it will send them back a text with all of the information on the property.

  • Pictures of your property
    We have a professional photographer go out and take pictures of the property. She also puts together a virtual tour. The virtual tour helps future tenants see the property set to music and in a slide show format to get a better feel for the layout of your property.

  • Screening Tenants
    We use the OMNI Criteria to determine how qualified a tenant actually is. This point system takes everything in to consideration.
