We provide timely response to homeowners, professionally maintain association records, and arrange and monitor contractor performance to maintain property values.

We actively monitor delinquencies, covenant compliance and work orders.

Property Management

Work Order Tracking
We have invested in a property management software system that tracks work orders A list of open and closed work orders will be included in the board package.

Obtain Competitive Bids
We will obtain competitive bids from agreed upon specifications for all work that is to be contracted out and represent the Board as their contract administrator. The Board will make contact selection.

Monitoring of Contactor Performance
Community Association Professional will act as the contact administrator. This will include monitoring the quality of the contractor work and timeliness of contact completion.

Monitoring of Association Covenants
We will monitor the Association's covenants and issue enforcement letters according to the direction of the Association. We will also maintain files of violations sent out.

Weekly Inspections
This will include, but not limited to, inspections of fences, greenbelts, pool and association facilities, clubhouse, walks, streets, and alleyways, lighting and parking areas.
