Our Services and Promise to Our Customers

MHB Property Management is a family-owned business located in Cape Coral, Florida. We have been in business since 1999 and have seen constant growth throughout the years. We are focusing on giving our customers, whether it is our property owners or vacationers, the best personal service possible.

Our promise to property owners: We will look after your home as if it was our own. We take pride in our actions to protect the value of your vacation home/investment property by addressing any issues and communicating to our owners with regard to your property. We also constantly offer ideas and recommendations to owners that are interested in improving their property for immediate return on investment or future resale value.

Our promise to vacationers: We want you to have the very best vacation experience possible. Our office is open weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and for emergencies we also provide our guests with a contact telephone for after hours and weekends. Do not hesitate to contact us if something should not be to your satisfaction. Our team will assist you with any request, whether it is finding a particular restaurant, store, entertainment venue, or anything else. We will give you an answer, if we do not have an answer, we will find it for you!
