Causey Property Management

We ask you to think of our property management as an insurance policy. Don't take on the risk of trying to manage your property on your own. Florida Landlord/Tenant statutes highly favor tenants, so make sure you are protected with our expertise.

Our Property management includes

  • Posting property in Multiple Listing System for rent
  • Marketing property for rent on multiple internet sites and with signage
  • Process new tenant applications (online)
  • Create new lease agreements
  • Hold tenant security deposit in escrow
  • Perform initial walk through of property
  • Collect monthly rent
  • Manage having necessary repairs made to property
  • Maintain a $250 escrow account for small maintenance repairs
  • Handle any tenant issues-including HOA violations
  • Perform move out inspections
  • Handle security deposit refunds or claims per the guidelines in Florida Statutes
  • Post 3 Day Notice (if necessary for not paying rent)

Our Property management fees are simple

  • 10% of monthly rent for management fee
