Overview
Servicing hundreds of quality properties and investments since 1989, Precision Realty and Management specializes in the day-to-day responsibilities of property management for lofts, single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums. We also assist our clients with drafting long-term leases and an assortment of transactions, including investment acquisitions and liquidations.

Our goal is to operate your property at or near a 100% occupancy rate while collecting the best possible rental revenue for you. That's why we provide new clients with a free rental analysis that outlines the details of your property and leasing information. We make property repair recommendations, discuss potential rental marketing strategies and suggest rental amounts. Our property managers view your investment after the rental analysis and meet with you. We begin property management services once you're satisfied and have provided a signed agreement with a reserve deposit. If you can't meet us in person, we can handle your paperwork processing by fax, e-mail or postal service.
