HD Realty, Inc. has been managing rental properties since 1974. Our inventory consists of over 300 homes ranging in price from $500 to $3000 per month. This wide price range allows us to accommodate just about everyone. When you employ HD Realty, Inc., you know that we are going to be here to take care of you and your rental property.

Our monthly management fee is 10% of the rent and our one time leasing fee per tenancy is 6% of the gross of the lease.

HD Realty, Inc.'s experience runs throughout the whole company. Locating/Placement of Tenants

• Advertise in many websites
• Advertise in MLX change
• Advertise on Homes and Land website
• Notify local real estate offices of available rentals
• Take all interested prospects to properties

Provide an Acceptable Tenant

• Do criminal back ground check
• Verify rental pay record with previous landlord
• Check condition of prospect's current residence
• See if prospective tenant has ever been evicted
• Check credit history

Monetary Responsibilities

• Collect all rent when due
• Pay for repairs out of monthly rents
• Disburse remaining funds to owner
• Send monthly itemized statements of income and expenses

Property Maintenance

• Inspect interior of property twice a year
• Inspect exterior of property on a regular basis
• Make all necessary repairs to maintain property value
• Make sure local ordinances are being obeyed
• Make sure association guidelines are being followed
• Notify owner of normal maintenance items
