You're not alone when it comes to dealing with non-paying tenants or association members. We have a collection attorney that means business when it comes to collecting on delinquent accounts. We will even represent you in court armed with statements, letters, emails, phone calls, and legal fees and late fees that will be reimbursed.

Accounting
Our Certified Public Accountant will prepare your returns and give you advice on maximizing write-offs and repairs to increase the profitability of your investment. We also provide detailed monthly reports, bank statements, and analyze monthly and annual budgets. We'll even send you pretty charts, so you know exactly what is happening with your income and expenses.

Tenant Screening, Leases, Move-in and Move-outs
At the heart of our business is the tenant screening process. We make sure that a tenant's credit is clean, there is a bank account in place for rent, employment letters with recent pay stubs, and recent W2′s are all provided before we present the application to the landlord.

Now tenants and owners can access there account on-line to see exactly how much rent has been paid, look up statements, request work orders, participate in building discussions, download meeting minutes, and start topics for others to join in on the conversation.
