Association Financial Management

Good financial health starts with planning. We help you create a realistic, comprehensive financial plan based on your property's unique characteristics and industry benchmarks. We make sure your Association sticks to the plan by managing costs and staying on top of delinquent assessments. And we give you online access to all Association books, so you can always see how we, and the Association, are performing. We offer more than financial management; we offer peace of mind.

Online Resource Center

The online resource center allows your Board and Association 24-hour instant access to important forms, helpful information, and the ability to post questions or requests for other Association members or for Transproperties. All the information you need about your building is always at your fingertips.

Vendor Management and Oversight

All property management companies offer vendor management. But often, that just means they send "preferred vendors" to your building for routine tasks, without monitoring performance. Transproperties helps you select the best vendor for each service required by your Association, manages the vendor services from start to finish, tracks performance, and disciplines or replaces vendors that under-perform. We hold vendors to the same high standards to which we hold ourselves.

Crisis Response

There is no time in which a property management company can prove its worth more clearly than in a crisis. If your building experiences a problem that poses an immediate threat to the safety or comfort of residents, we will have the problem fixed immediately, at any time of the day or night.

Regular Site Inspections

Transproperties will work with the Board to build a checklist of items to be reviewed during each site inspection. After each inspection, the checklist will be filled out, dated, and posted online for the Board to review at its leisure.

Best Practices and Compliance Consulting

Transproperties will provide the Board advice about Association and building management best practices and federal, state, and municipal programs and laws that impact the Association.

Planning for and Attending Board Meetings

Transproperties will prepare an agenda for Board meetings, review the agenda with the Board in advance, and will attend meetings to answer questions and ensure that proper meeting procedures are followed.

Insurance Review

Transproperties will review the Association insurance policy to ensure that coverage is adequate. We will also get proposals each year from several insurance vendors to ensure that the price the Association is paying is competitive.
