Strategic Properties started as a family venture, and it has grown to become a full-fledged Property Management organization operating in the Southeast region. We have acquired, financed, managed, acted as receivers, and sold, more than 70 multifamily properties for private investors (including ourselves in more than 40) and for financial institutions. Our principals have been involved in the development of more than 20,000 affordable housing units from multifamily complexes to single family homes.
