Day Property Management was started in June of 2002 as a full service property management company providing all services necessary for the operation of residential and commercial property. We offer "one stop shopping". With a single phone call to Day Property Management, we can fulfull all your property management needs. In conjuction with Property Maintenance Services LLC we can also take care of your property maintenance concerns. We presently manage property in Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Oshkosh, Fox Lake and Beaver Dam. Please review the management objectives which will cover your concerns as a a property owner.

Property Management Objectives

• Communicate with the property owner(s)
• Manage each property to ensure accomplishment of the owner's goals and objectives
• Develop a management plan to operate the properties
• Ensure that the properties operate in an efficient, cost effective manner
• Develop and implement marketing plans
• Make sure rent increases are implemented as appropriate
• Control expenses in line with the budget
• Ensure that the properties are maintained in accordance with the standards established by the property owner
• Ensure that the properties are operated in accordance with the procedures developed by the owner
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements including income and expenses
• Make periodic scheduled and unscheduled inspections of property to ensure that maintenance and rental standards are upheld.
