Our Fees:

Monthly:

• Management Fee: $85 per month includes:
• Monthly drive-by inspections
• Interior inspections at month 6 and then yearly.
• 24/7 owner and tenant support
• Full repair and maintenance coordination
• Full lease compliance and enforcement
• All customary property management functions

New Tenant:

• Leasing: $895 includes MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor.com (paid after we find a tenant)
• Thorough tenant screening (credit, criminal, employment, income & residency)
• Broker negotiated lease and lease preparation
• Extensive marketing exposure using a yard sign, placement onhundreds of real estate web sites including MLS, Realtor.com, Craigslist and Zillow.
• Full Realtor access and tracking with SUPRA Electronic Lockboxes. That allows full tracking of showings and provides feedback.
• Realtor.com exposure for local and national tenant searches.

Other fees:

• Transfer fee:No Charge(If you are simply changing property management companies)

• Cancelation fee: No Charge. We have a 120% Money Back Guarantee!(Within the first 90 days, if you are not completely satisfied we will return all the money you have paid us PLUS 20%).
• Lease Renewal(simple extension of lease): No Charge
• Monthly Drive-By Inspection: No Charge
• Interior Inspection(at 6 months and at lease renewal): No Charge
