We send out monthly e-statements and direct deposit to our owners; who have 24 Hr access to our web site. Owners may log into our web site and view statements, repairs, pictures of routine inspections, etc.

We follow Fair Housing Rules, Texas Property Codes, and we follow a strict REALTOR Code of Ethics, we do our best to be a careful, consistent steward of your promptly.
