CD Real Estate Services, formally known as CD Property Management and Sales, is owned and operated by Chris Dougal, an independent Real Estate Broker. Chris has been managing and selling Real Estate since January 2010. Chris has managed homes ranging in price from $80,000 up to $750, 000(20 acre horse farm). He has managed as many as 133 homes at once, all over the greater Indianapolis area in his time as a Broker.

At the beginning of 2012, Chris Dougal, became a professional member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is still a member to this day.

At CD Real Estate Services we strive to provide a stress free leasing opportunity to both the Owner(s) and Tenant(s) and open communication. If the Owner or Tenant needs anything, the number they call is to Chris and Chris only. No secretaries or automated systems, you get Chris's cell phone number and that is who will answer and or call you back. With our experience and contacts we are confident we can make this a great opportunity for all. Below is some additional information about how we manage.

The Tenants Comes First
Keeping a good relationship with those who are providing the cash flow is essential. Over the years we have found that having a good working relationship and open communication with the tenant will extend the tenure of most and also allow us to easily maintain and manage the condition of your home. We understand this is very important to you!

Keeping Up on Maintenance Is Key
From cleaning the gutters to having the furnace serviced and filters changed, planning is the cornerstone to efficient management and preservation of the property. At CD Real Estate Services we understand maintenance issues are time sensitive and need to be addressed quickly and professionally to keep the home protected from any possible damage and to keep our tenants happy and comfortable. By having a great working relationship with our preferred contractors and vendors, we find it easy to handle all maintenance needs immediately.

We Keep Track of Income and Expenses
At CD Real Estate Services we are a full service management company that keeps track of all income and expenses for your property. This makes it very easy for us to see who did what throughout the year and what it cost. After the end of the year we will send you a 1099 and Profit and Loss statement showing all income and expenses. This again, makes owning a rental property a pleasant and worry free experience for you.

Chris Dougal moved to Indianapolis after graduation in December 2006. He graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. degree in Construction Management, and a minor in Business Administration. In March 2009, Chris began working with Creamer-Elson Management to help market vacant properties, assist with maintenance and to manage the day to day operations of 22 units in the Broad Ripple area.
