- Tenant Screening
Twin Cities Home Rental, Inc. takes the guess work out of tenant screening with real time feedback and even a recommendation on accept or pass! We use a reputable screening company and perform the most intense background search available in the industry. Within minutes you will have full screening results that include national/county/state/federal criminal and sex offender record searches, employment verification, credit report, national/county/state eviction record search, bankruptcies, liens, judgments, landlord verification, tenant denial letters, patriot act, and FBI most wanted lists.
- Leasing
Our system is unique because our owners and staff understand the urgency to fill your vacancy. We perform a property analysis, pre-list inspection, and market the property. Our staff provides owners with the applicant information. Once accepted, the prospective tenant will login to their user account and complete the lease. We utilize custom leases that our legal counsel prepared with the most recent regulations and revisions in statutes. A copy will be automatically generated for your records. Our staff works directly with the tenant to address any questions about the lease, saving you time and energy.
- Move-in Coordination
A representative from Twin Cities Home Rental will meet with the tenant at the property to provide keys and to address any last-minute concerns. We will educate the new tenant on the critical mechanical systems of the home, conduct a move-in inspection, and point out the highlights of the neighborhood! We are available at nights, weekdays, and weekends to save you money and time by not having to hassle with meeting tenants yourself!
- Move-out Inspections
A representative from Twin Cities Home Rental will meet with the tenant at the property towards the end of the lease. We perform an inspection and coordinate security deposit return and forwarding address information.
- On-going Maintenance

- Tenant and Owner Communication
TCHR has Owner and Tenant Portals for ease-of-communication with their property manager. Our Owner Portals allow the property owner to view real-time reports on rent payment history, advertising efforts, tenant applicants, banking information and much, much more!! Tenant Portals allow the tenants to communicate directly to TCHR to discuss manners concerning the property.
- Cleaning Services
We can provide these services if necessary, possibly due to eviction or inadequate property condition.
