We are a departmentalized full-service property management company. This is important because each member of our team specializes in a specific area; whether it's construction/maintenance, accounting, collections, or leasing. We handle everything internally: from placing a tenant, to evicting a tenant - if necessary - with our on-staff attorney. In addition to managing your property we are both a Licensed Builder, and Real Estate Broker, servicing you from the purchase and remodel of your investment, to managing it as a long term income-generating property.

Inspections: We provide you with a full, detailed inspection report - on par with what you'd expect from a new home inspection - during the tenants' occupancy. This gives you a detailed view of your property and how the tenant is treating your most valuable asset, as well as deferred maintenance suggestions. This gives you unparalleled peace of mind. We include full move-in and move-out inspections with our management, and will collect any money owed to you if your property is damaged. No extra charges here!
Guaranteed Placement: If we place a tenant and they move out within the first year, you won't pay us to place another qualified tenant. We guarantee our tenants!
