We represent owners who want to rent out their luxury single-family homes, condos, lofts and townhouses, in Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Smyrna, Vinings and Mableton, GA.(Minimum rent: $1200.) WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR FIRST MONTH'S RENT TO FIND A TENANT.

We could be a "Perfect Fit" for your property if you like budget friendly prices for high quality services!

• We manage homes North of I-20 and in the areas listed below.
• We offer a landlord income protection program that will cover lost rent due to skip or unemployment and tenant damages.
• No charge to get started.
• Most companies require your first month's rent to find a tenant. We DO NOT.

• Flat leasing fee: 1/2 first month's rent. (Only collected after we secure a tenant for you.)
• If we don't collect the rent, you owe us nothing for that month.
• No maintenance service mark-ups.
• Inspections - up to 4 per year at no extra charge.
• We service homes that rent for $1200/mo or higher. If you aren't sure of what your home will rent for, call us, for a free analysis.

Sorry, we don't manage Section 8 or Housing Vouchers at this time.
