Cen Pac Properties was incorporated in 1964 in the State of Hawaii. During this time we have learned much and realized long ago that our job is to prevent obsolescence. Physical, functional and economic obsolescence are inevitable, just like "death and taxes". Any building regardless of its design is headed down that slow road to obsolescence. The important question is "When?" We firmly believe that a good property manager plays a major role in insuring that the "When?" is in the distant future. We accomplish this through proper maintenance programs and inspections, which are designed to alert the owner and property manager of potential problems. If remedial action is taken quickly small problems will not become big expensive problems. The owner's interests must be protected and as trained property administrators we feel that we are well qualified to do so. We believe that our "hands on" approach helps insure that your property maintains its physical integrity and economic value. Thus our managers perform weekly property inspections to assess preventive and routine maintenance.
