Save Property Management is a family run business managing vacation homes in the Polk County area of Central Florida.

Upon joining us we will undertake a full inventory of your home so that we can ensure items are kept to the required level to facilitate your guests. For each reservation we will do a pre and post inspection of your home to both ensure that it is in 'tip-top' condition for your incoming guests, and any problems are identified and rectified on departure.

We will also check your home once a week if it is unoccupied for your piece of mind.

Attentive

We will treat your home with the same care that you would yourself. We guarantee to look after your clients needs whilst they are in your home to ensure that they have both a fabulous base for a great vacation and a home to which they will want to return.

We have a 24 hour a day answer service to deal with any client issues.

Value

We have some of the best and most imaginative pricing in the business - our objective is to keep your operating costs to the minimum possible:

Caretaker only:
If you only use your property for family and friends with no 'commercial clients' we will provide a basic caretaker service to ensure that the property is looked after and checked on a weekly basis.
The basic management cost for this service is $60 per month

Regular Management:
If you have family/friends and do some of your own reservations and perhaps want a management company that brings you a few additional rentals each year then this is the package for you. We will work with you to keep your calendar as full as possible.
The basic management cost for this service is $100 per month.

Marketing and Management:
If you want to leave the marketing of your property to someone else this is the package for you. We will spend the whole of the additional fee on marketing your home extensively. We have a network of partners and websites that will ensure your property is advertised as far and wide as possible to get the maximum amount of rentals possible.
The basic management cost for this service is $130 per month**

** Special Offer join between January 1 and April 30, 2011 and this package will be available for $110 per month for the first 12 months of your contract.

Our Other fees are also competitive:

Pest Control$20 per month
Sundry Items **$20 per month**batteries, remotes, a/c filters, light bulbs etc.
3 Bed Clean$80
4 Bed Clean$90
5 Bed Clean100 etc.

We ask for a $500 reserve fund if you are going to pay your own utility bills for the property or $1000 if you would like us to pay bills on your behalf. We will automatically pay your taxes to the relevant authorities on any reservations that we take.

For rentals that we obtain we will take no more than 20% commission in total, much less than a lot of the competition.

Every time

Whenever you or your guests need to contact us we will be available and respond accordingly through our 24 hour help line.

Our commitment is to provide a 'hands on' approach which provides homeowners and guests with confidence and peace of mind to ensure a carefree and memorable vacation experience every time.

We are also happy to facilitate any extras that you or your guests may require such as welcome packs, theme park tickets, car hire etc.
