Meet the Arthur Thomas Properties Team

Thomas A. Toye, IV : Owner and Principle Broker (Licensed Broker in NH, ME)

Toye founded the business in 2004 as a means to manage a growing portfolio of multi-family and commercial investment property. An alumni of Scarborough High School in Maine and an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Engineering, Tom also excelled as a track and field athlete posting record performances- highlighted by winning the collegiate Division I, indoor track, New England Championship in the 200 meter sprint. Following graduation from college, Tom began his career as an engineer. While working full-time he also began investing in the Seacoast New Hampshire real estate market. After several years of unfulfilling work as an engineer, Tom decided to commit to real estate full time, realizing this would be the path of fulfillment for the future.
Tom currently serves as President of the Rental Property Owners Association, where he is an advocate for landlords and property owners throughout New Hampshire. He has presented to more than 1500 landlords and real estate investors on topics including property management, tenant screening, student rentals, evictions & lead-paint disclosure. A former board of directors member for the New Hampshire Property Owners Association... He owns and manages a portfolio of investment property including multi-family residences, single family homes, mobile home parks, and a motel. A resident of Durham, NH, Tom is also a proud father of three children.

Penny Boucher : Sales & Leasing Associate, Property Manager (Licensed in NH)

Penny is a New Hampshire native with the experience of having lived in a major east coast city for a period of time. A former master chef, she brings 25 years of real estate investment and property management experience to the Arthur Thomas Team. Penny serves on the board of directors for the Rental Property Owners Association. Boucher and her husband are residents of Lee, NH.

Daniel Cline: Leasing Agent & Property Manager (Licensed in NH)

Arthur Thomas Properties, A Real Estate Services Company, welcomes Dan Cline as its newest team member. Dan has joined the team as a Leasing Agent and Property Manager. Dan is a graduate of York High School in Maine and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Dan is an experience landlord and multi-family property owner and is an active member of the Rental Property Owners Association.

Nicole J. Toye: Financial Controller & Director of Design; Co-Owner

Nicole is co-founder/owner of Arthur Thomas Properties and is in integral part of the "behind the scenes operation". Nicole is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts with two Bachelor degrees and is an honors graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Master of Science degree. She combines exceptional work ethic and organization skills with a passion for real estate and the spirit of a small business owner. Nicole is the chief design coordinator for all Arthur Thomas Properties marketing efforts... In addition to her responsibilities to the ATP team, Nicole is an accomplished road racer having most recently been awarded first place honors for the Seacoast Racing Series. She is an active member of the Oyster River School District parent-teachers-association and is a proud mother of three children.

Jesse A. DeGeorge: Referral Agent/Investor

Jesse has 13 years of environmental consulting experience and earned a Bachelor's of Science (BS) and Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree(s). He also is an active member of numerous real estate professional and investor organizations, including the Rental Property Owners Association for Seacoast, New Hampshire and the NH Real Estate Investors Association. Jesse believes that real estate investing is a way to build wealth; he began investing in multi-family real estate 10 years ago in Massachusetts. Jesse has enjoyed the challenges and rewards of investing in real estate; he specializes in multi-family and apartment properties. A resident of Dover, New Hampshire, Jesse is immersed in discovering the next big real estate investment opportunity.
