At MANAGERENTHOUSES we manage rent houses, condominiums, and townhomes. Most properties rent between $1,000 and $4,000 a month.

We are located at 3801 Kirby Dr., Suite 152, Houston, Texas 77098. We are open M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Fees
At MANAGERENTHOUSES we represent landlords only. We list all vacancies on HAR.com, and invite participation of all 26,000+ Realtors in Houston to show each vacancy anytime and anywhere on first come first serve basis.

Because only the Realtor representing the future tenant earns the lease fee MANAGERENTHOUSES is uniquely positioned to exact uncompromised tenant approval standards.

MANAGERENTHOUSES Standard Performance Guarantee:

  • Lease Fee Guarantee: When a property is leased by MANAGERENTHOUSES, we will refund 100% of the lease fee if we do not collect 100% of the rents scheduled to be paid during a lease approved by MANAGERENTHOUSES.

Standards and Analytics
In examination of thousands of behavioral data points in over 10,000 leases we have developed a strict set of standards at every level, and we have established an extremely predictable business, streamlining the process to benefit all parties involved.

Following is an abbreviated list of our exact standards:

  • We do not own rent houses
  • We do not list houses for sale
  • We do not own vendors
  • We are not compensated while the property is vacant
  • Future tenant must have an income of four times rent. For example, if the rent is $1,500 a month the tenant must earn at least $72,000 a year
  • We do not use increased deposits to manage the increasing risk of an unacceptable tenant
  • Each tenant must be represented by their own Realtor

Management Team
Wojciech Kic, founder and President, oversees the management and marketing of the business. He has over 30+ years experience managing rent houses in Houston, and the surrounding area. Wojciech holds a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA from Rice University, and a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Wojciech taught Property Management as an adjunct instructor at Houston Community College for 10 years. He wrote the LANDLORDING Column for the EnRicher, and published several articles in the Houston Business Journal, and San Antonio Business Journal.

Stephanie S. Jarrett is Executive Vice-President. Ms. Jarrett received a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Since opening in 2011, Stephanie successfully completed over 1,000 new leases on houses, condominiums, and townhomes for clients of MANAGERENTHOUSES.
