Professional Condominium Management
We provide the following:
- Coupon books for payment of monthly dues
- Collect all Association dues
- Keep records of dues paid
- Keep records of delinquent accounts
- Act promptly on all delinquent accounts per CC&R's By Laws
- Assign delinquent accounts to an attorney for collection and update the Board of Directors as to the progress
- Enforce all CC&R's and Rules & Regulations of the Association
- Prompt payment of all Association invoices
- Provide Board of Directors monthly financials, correspondence, and copies of all bills paid
- Notify owners of all Board of Directors meetings and general Association meetings
- Provide all annual election materials (proxies, ballots, etc.)
- Assist the Board in development of annual budgets
- Perform all necessary common-area maintenance
- Obtain bids from licensed, bonded vendors for any work approved by the Board
- Available after-hours, 7 days a week for emergency calls
- Monthly inspection of all common areas
