A Solid Property Management Group, Inc. counts with more than 10 years of experience in the administration of properties. We began this business under Solid Ventures Enterprises.

Our knowledge, experience and professionalism are at the disposition of our clients with the objective of assisting the Board Members and/or Property Owners. The tasks at hand are done ethically and correctly. Our golden rule is "each unit owner/property owner is the most important client and their interests and needs are our own."

Our personnel is trained and accredited with C.A.M. through the State of Florida. We have CPAs qualified to execute the corresponding reports for each association; compilation, revision or audit. We analyze in a detailed manner the financial situation of each association and or/property with the goal of reducing the monthly fee, the property expenses as well as we have been able to reduce the property taxes.

We work alongside our own list of attorneys. However each client may continue to use their own attorneys. A Solid Property Management Group has the knowledge and vast legal experience that we use as tools, along with the administration of all sorts of properties, i.e. Condos, commercial properties and rental units regardless if owned by a group or individual.

One of our best resources is the software we have that assists us in registering and filing our customers data in an organized manner.

Within our services, is the ability to advertise your property through a variety of tools i.e. Loop net, Craigslist and others at your convenience. For our company no assignment is too small or too large. We strive on adapting to the needs of our clientele and can provide part-time or full time services.It is up to the client to choose which of our many services would be ideal for them. We adapt our fees to fit your Budget.
