Tindell & Co. is a full service property management firm offering a personal approach to property management. We realize that not all properties or clients are alike so with the help of the property owner, we prepare a customized property management plan catered specifically to the needs of each individual client. Our proactive approach to property management put us above our competition.

We are equipped with in-house licensed and bonded contractors ready to handle all repair and maintenance needs. Our roots are deeply established in North Portland but our service areas include greater Portland Metro, Scappoose, Tigard and surrounding areas.

We enforce collection of rents and serve the proper notices upon failure to pay. We're not concerned with "being the bad guy" when we need to.

We know and understand the local market, have an extensive network of contacts, and have advertising resources available to us at discounted rates. This allows us to effectively market your property to prospective residents to get it filled as quickly as the market allows to a qualified applicant.
