About Us
This is a family run business run by a dedicated husband and wife team that have been in the service industry for 30 years each and who understand what service is.
We came over from the UK in 2002 to live the dream which we completed this year when we became US citizens. We where absentee owners before coming out to Florida to live and we understand the concerns of being in this position. we pride ourselves on our accessibility to both home owner and tenant.
Services We Provide
- We market and advertise the property until it is occupied.
- We show the property 7 days a week until it is occupied.
- We screen the tenants prior to moving in including criminal record, eviction, credit checks, references and interviews.
- We collect and maintain their security deposit in a non interest bearing escrow account.
- We complete move in and move inspections which include amongst other things photographs.
- We carry out regular inspections of the property once it is occupied.
- We prepare monthly statements for home owners as well as disbursing the money each month.
- We have full service maintenance professionals that are licensed and insured whom we supervise.
- We have a property manager on call 24 hours a day to handle any emergencies that may occur.
- We offer discounted fees on all property sales.
