Owner Services

As experienced property managers we offer other resources involving our relationships to vendors, handymen, and suppliers, often getting you a better price than you might get as an individual. We regard each property as unique and different from any other property. Each service will be customized to your exact needs. You set the terms; Pets? Lease Length? etc. and we will take care of the rest!

Property Management Package Includes:

• Collect rent and disperse rent promptly to owners
• Tenant relations, including rent reminders, enforcing rules, responding to complaints, repair and emergency calls
• Manage evictions from start to finish
• Management of all maintenance (actual maintenance work is a separate cost to the owner by third party with no profit toward our company.)
• All expenses (receipts & invoices) will be passed along to the owner. No purchase will be made without prior owner approval or agreement

Leasing Service Includes:

• Advertising and marketing of properties
• Tenant Screening (includes eviction history, criminal records, credit check, and employment verification)
• Showing of property
• Managing the preparation and cleaning to make ready unit for new tenant
