We offer 24 hour maintenance, and can dispatch immediately. We have worked long, and hard, to establish relationships with vendors to offer you the best, and least expensive services possible. All of our maintenance personnel are licensed and insured.

These interactive portals offer a huge benefit to you as the property owner. You can get an up-to-date run down of each unit and tenant. You can run any report you would ever need. This includes profit and loss statements, year to date expenses, detailed tenant reports etc. You can also view all leases and management agreements regarding your properties right online.

We use what's called an agent model, rather than a departmentalized model, meaning you have an agent for life. You have one contact to answer all of your questions, and guide you through any real estate need you may have for any property. Other agencies have a maintenance dept, an accounting dept, a leasing dept, etc. So depending on what your question, or need is, you will need to contact a different department. We have one contact for everything who will be savvy about your portfolio. We believe in managing in a proactive manner, rather than a reactive manner.
