Property Management

Your property(s) will have a professional, licensed Property Manager assigned to manage the day-to-day activity, as well as, provide you with constant communication so you are kept up to date on your investment's status. Your property Manager will coordinate with our staff to provide you with:

  • Tenant prospect follow-up, screening and approval
  • Move-in and Move-out coordination
  • Accounting and Record Keeping
  • Maintenance and Inspections
  • Emergency Repairs

Tenant Screening and Placement

MBA offers online tenant applications and personal follow-up to complete credit checks, background checks and employment verifications. The prospect is then evaluated against our qualification requirements. Once approved, MBA completes the lease agreement and reviews the move-in requirements with the tenant.

Lease Enforcement

MBA Real Estate strictly enforces all aspects of the lease. We enforce late rents, evictions, HOA violations and property maintenance to ensure your property continues to be a worthy investment.

Maintenance

MBA Real Estate stands behind the quality of work our vendors and licensed contractors so you can be assured you are getting what you pay for. Our 24/7 Emergency Maintenance Hotline ensures access to our maintenance department during Off-Hours, Weekends and Holidays.

Inspections

MBA Real Estate performs an initial inspection on new vacant sign-ups, prepares Rent-Ready estimates and oversees the preparation of your property for marketing. After the work has been completed, a final inspection will be completed to verify the completion and quality of work and to take marketing photographs of the property. MBA Real Estate will complete a Move-Out Assessment when a tenant vacates your home, prepare a detail of move-out charges to be billed to the tenant and an estimate of necessary repairs and/or maintenance to return your property to Rent-Ready condition.

Accounting and Record Keeping

MBA Real Estate provides you with on-line monthly statements, billing and direct deposit of funds. We also provide you with constant communication and easy access to reports on your property.
