1. We are Wisconsin's top performing property manager. Our results are never perfect but our daily determination and effort is.
2. Our typical monthly management fee is 8% of collected rent, no minimum fees. We only make money when our owners make money.
3. Our monthly management fee includes the 1st 30 minutes of all service calls. Additionally there are no charges while a property is vacant, no trip charges and no hidden expenses.
4. We guarantee the tenants we pick, our tenant placement fee is equal to the first months rent and includes our eviction guarantee: If we place them then we pay to have them removed (lawyers, movers & court fees).
5. Owner payments are processed automatically into your account via ACH transfer.
6. Owners are able to access repair information, details and financial reports via their online owner portal.
