Cornerstone Income Properties is a multifamily management company specializing in repositioning and value-add opportunities for properties of 75 plus units.

We see opportunities where others do not, and we resolve problems that others cannot or are not willing to. Properties with poor tenant profiles, deferred maintenance issues, high vacancy rates, or poor curb appeal, when purchased correctly, can be repositioned to provide superior returns to just about any other investment vehicle. We very selectively add properties to our portfolio that fit one or more of these criteria.

That's why if you request a quote from us, you will also receive a set of the prior year's financials for a repositioned property currently in our portfolio. We'll also ask, to the extent it is convenient for you, that you accompany us on a guided tour of at least two properties under our management - a repositioned community and a community currently undergoing repositioning. You'll have the opportunity to see and learn about the type of management service you're considering hiring, something we believe is absolutely critical.
