That's why if you request a quote from us, you will also receive a set of the prior year's financials for a repositioned property currently in our portfolio. We'll also ask, to the extent it is convenient for you, that you accompany us on a guided tour of at least two properties under our management - a repositioned community and a community currently undergoing repositioning. You'll have the opportunity to see and learn about the type of management service you're considering hiring, something we believe is absolutely critical.
