(Exception: properties valued at 200k or above, the monthly fee is 8% of the monthly rent)
Full Service Property Management Includes:
- Physical inspection of your property 3 times per year, both interior and exterior, including a comprehensive report with photos
- All paperwork, tax documents and provide monthly statements
- All maintenance and repair requests, along with 24-hour emergency services
- Website for online rental payments and tenant resources
- Monthly drawings to incentivize tenants to pay promptly (Drawings are for restaurant and gas gift cards)
- Comprehensive move-out inspection to document condition of the property and compare to the move-in inspection, which will determine release of the security deposit
- Collections services, if necessary
- Processing of evictions, including all paperwork, serving the tenant, no charge for court appearances
