1. Free Rental Analysis & Property Inspection
Our licensed and experienced property managers can estimate your rental rate and how long it will take to rent your property. Most properties rent within 30-60 days or less! We provide expert advice on how to get your property rent ready so we can lease your property quickly.

2. Advertising & Marketing
Our superior advertising package gets your property noticed. Better marketing = better tenants = lower vacancies = more money in your pocket.

3. Tenant Screening
Our goal is to rent your property to quality tenants that will take care of your property and pay on time! We thoroughly screen prospective tenants by performing credit, criminal and eviction checks, landlord reference and employment verification. This is a vital part of the process.

4. Leasing Paperwork
We've got you covered. Our lease agreement covers everything from the monthly rent and the required security deposit to who is responsible to maintain the yard and pay for utilities.

5. Move in & Move Out Inspections
We inspect your property before each tenant moves in and again after they move out. Each inspection includes detailed pictures of your property.

6. Rent Collection
Rent is due on the 1st, late on the 6th and evictions are filed in the middle of each month. Your money is deposited directly into your account and includes a detailed monthly statement all for easy accounting.
