• Investigate tenant complaints and service requests

• Periodic inspections of interior and exterior of property
• Notify owner of any issues
• Inspect premises when tenant vacates
• Do Move Out and Settlement Statement
• Assess fees to tenant as necessary
• Prepare property for new tenant
• Year-end statement showing total rent collected and expenses
