Caris Properties serves the metro Los Angeles area and specializes in single-family homes and residential properties. We believe in complete transparency, which is why we offer our owners real-time access to financial statements and account balances.

We practice a hands-in approach to property management. As such, we commit to regular meetings with property owners with updates to ensure their goals are being met. We adhere to the adage,"Inspect what you expect" by walking each property once a month and conducting interior inspections twice a year. This allows us to catch most issues early on before they become a problem. It is this commitment toexcellence andfollow-through that sets Caris Properties apart from other management firms.

Our monthly management fee includes the following:

• Providing Monthly Owner Statements
• Payment of all Bills (including Mortgage)
• Handling of Service Requests

• 24 / 7 Maintenance
• Eviction Services
• Lease Renewal(s)
• Processing of Move-out Statements and Collections
• Fidelity Bond
• All Vendors Licensed and Bonded

If your home is vacant, it will be marketed to over 40 media outlets and shown by appointment 7 days a week. We DO NOT hand keys to prospective tenants. All prospective tenants will be screened for credit, eviction, landlord references and employment to ensure we place only qualified tenants in your property. All of this is included in a one-time leasing fee,which is not paid untilthe tenant moves in.
