Caris Properties, Inc. is a full service property management company offering our customers 25 years of residential management experience. Caris Properties serves the metro Los Angeles area and specializes in single-family homes and residential properties. We believe in complete transparency, which is why we offer our owners real-time access to financial statements and account balances.

Caris PropertiesWe practice a hands-in approach to property management. As such, we commit to regular meetings with property owners with updates to ensure their goals are being met. We adhere to the adage,"Inspect what you expect" by walking each property once a month and conducting interior inspections twice a year. Our monthly management fee includes the following:

  • Rent Collection
  • Deposit Handling
  • Handling of Inspections
  • Providing Monthly Owner Statements
  • Payment of all Bills (including Mortgage)

  • 24 / 7 Maintenance
  • Eviction Services

  • Processing of Move-out Statements and Collections

  • All Vendors Licensed and Bonded

If your home is vacant, it will be marketed to over 40 media outlets and shown by appointment 7 days a week. We DO NOT hand keys to prospective tenants. All prospective tenants will be screened for credit, eviction, landlord references and employment to ensure we place only qualified tenants in your property. All of this is included in a one-time leasing fee,which is not paid untilthe tenant moves in.

There are NO set-up fees or hidden costs.
