Fish Property ManagementFish Property Management was founded in 2012 combining Fish Real Estate's 58 years of real estate expertise in Williamsport with Jennifer Ruelens' expertise in property management.

We have two kinds of service- leasing and management. Our leasing service is simply our marketing your property, conducting showings, processing applications and finding you the best tenant we can. We handle it from placing the unit on the market through procuring the signed lease and security deposit. This is perfect for the investor who doubts their ability to get eyes on their property, evaluate applications based on factual verification of claims, or are just too busy to handle the phone calls, emails, and showings.

Our management services is an all-encompassing service package that allows the investor to sit back, relax and let us handle everything. We provide marketing and leasing, accounting, collections, inspections, maintenance, security deposit administration and more to make a real estate asset operate successfully. We distribute the proceeds to our clients monthly and communicate pertinent issues and concerns to keep them in the loop on what is happening with their investment.

Our offering is unique for two reasons:

1. Our management philosophy is founded on a disciplined approach focusing on risk reduction, cost management and incredible leasing power. This philosophy has been developed by our Vice President, Jennifer Ruelens, based on her experience managing large residential portfolios. This disciplined approach and our 58 years of real estate experience in Williamsport mean we are able to create extraordinary value for our clients.

2. Property management is our specialty, not a side business. Our staff is completely dedicated to property management and leasing services. We do not engage in sales transactions, our partners at Fish Real Estate are equally focused on real estate sales, appraisals, auctions, commercial property and outdoor properties. Expertise- We believe in expertise. Our team is proud of their abilities and we don't take on work that doesn't match our expertise. Becoming an expert in property management and leasing isn't something that you do through formal education, although we have plenty of that as well. In order to be expert in property management you have to have done it, for a long time and in various portfolios.
