How does Property Management differ from Tenant Placement?

  • Property Management puts the responsibility of the Tenant and Property in the hands of GreyHouse. The tenant will interact directly with one of GreyHouse's agents throughout their lease term. All maintenance items will be facilitated by GreyHouse so you, as the Owner, can sit back and collect the rental proceeds.
