Property Management
We perform periodic property site visits to ensure your community is running efficiently and is meeting the expectations of the HOA and its residents. During our visits we address any compliance issues, identify and resolve safety/security concerns as well as assign work orders to maintenance issues.

Vendor Management
Managing the vendors that serve your community can be challenging. A&M makes it simple by coordinating schedules, keeping financial aspects in order and addressing problems that may arise.

24/7 Emergency Response
A&M Properties provides emergency response for building maintenance emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A manager from A&M is always on-call to coordinate and respond

Web Services
To best communicate with residents, successful communities maintain an association website to provide relevant information such as documents, meeting minutes and important announcements. We are proud to provide web services for associations by working with AtHomeNet for hosting as well as providing guidance on set-up and maintenance.
