About us...

We started buying and managing our own rental houses back in 1994. It's hard to believe it's been 20 years already! That company is still in business and our partners have been happy with our success. In 2007 we formed Property Rent Master LTD. We decided that since we knew how to find good renters for our own investment properties and we were making money we would start managing property for others.

We charge low flat fees. You pay nothing up front! We will have your property rented in 30-days or less or you pay nothing. Currently, our average time to rent is 11-days. We do not get paid until we find you a quality tenant and that wording will be in our written contract with you.

For Do It Yourself (DIY) owners we also offer highly effective advertising and all the leasing/rental forms you will need.

Sometimes owners just want to do it themselves. We did it and so can you! Let us do your advertising for you and show you how to screen your tenants. We can help you advertise nationwide no matter where you live!
