All prospective tenants have a full credit check completed. Tenants will also have a criminal background and eviction search completed. Our staff will verify employment and contact current and past landlords.

LEASES

SlateHouse Group will execute a customizable lease that is thorough and extensive. Tenants will have the option to digitally sign their lease from the comfort of their home. This convenient technology is a quickly becoming a tenant favorite. It helps us close the deal in a timely manner for you.

6 MONTH GUARANTEE

We guarantee our service. If for some reason our tenant is in default of the lease we will assist you in the eviction process and find you a new tenant at no additional cost.
