Our Management agreements are on a month to month basis. If at any time you do not like our services, you are free to leave.

The following are services we provide for the owner:

• Marketing on MLS, Realtor.com and on over 30 Leasing Specific Websites
• Up to 25 Digital Property Pictures on Every website
• Processing the Application (Credit-Criminal/Sex Offender-Income-Rental History check)
• Sign in yard, Lockbox
• Rekeys, Keyless Deadbolts, Install Smoke Alarms, Peepholes (Required by Law)
• All Deposits sent to the Owner (No reserves collected)
• Move out Cleaning Charges Outline and itemization of Security deposit
• Rent collected and mailed to Landlord
• We take all Maintenance Requests (Identify the problem, who to send out? Handyman or Licensed tech? Problem caused by tenant or normal wear and tear? Who pays determined?
• Make Ready's Scheduled (Cleaning, Painting, etc...)
• No charge for Lease Renewals or Extensions
• Direct Deposit Available for Owners
• Direct Withdrawal Available for Tenants
• Process all Evictions
