My name is Tom Wolf and I live in Longwood Florida. I have been a resident of Florida since 1967 and have lived in Central Florida for 12 years. I have been in business most of my adult life and have owned several businesses. I have been in the Property Management business for 18 years. and have worked for several of the larger property management companies.

I started my management company January 2013 and personally manage a small portfolio of communities. I am not looking to be the largest management company and am just looking to personally manage a few select communities. These few communities will have the advantage of an experienced manager, who will instill confidence and a comfort level into my Board of Directors and Membership. My licenses and designations include:

CAM FIRM - CAB 4433, LCAM - 19783 Licensed Community Association Manager, AMS-Association Management Specialist, CMCA - Certified Manager of Community Associations, Real Estate Sales Associate - SL685565.

With my company you get me, a manager with 18 years experience, and I personally handle all the aspects of your management, especially the accounting portion of your management. The most important thing a management company does is handle your money in a prudent, fiscally responsible manner.
