Magnolia Rental Property Management is a full service company that provides rental management services for property owners. At Magnolia, we make your money work for you by providing yearly investment analysis and long term budgets. Through our relationship with professionals in various businesses we can offer the cheapest repairs and maintenance of anyone.

Rent Disbursement and Management fee:
Once your property has been rented, you will receive monthly rent checks.

Checks will be mailed to you by the 15th of every month. (provided tenants pay rent) A percentage of your rent will be automatically deducted from your rent each month as payment for management services. The exact percentage is 8% and will be determined prior to the signing of the management contract. The management fee will be charged only when the property is rented. Each owner will receive a monthly financial assessment giving details on their account and a yearly statement with 1099 form for tax purposes.
