The Rental Guys team offers full service property management and investment services. Whether your home was originally purchased for you to live in or as an investment, Rental Guys has the experience to manage your investment. Our result-oriented business model allows us to manage each property like our only one. We take care of your home like it was our own. We service individual property owners, private and institutional investors.

As active members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) we manage homes in Jacksonville, St. Johns and Clay counties.

Our properties rent from $675 to $4,000 a month and consist of single family homes, condos and town homes. We are actively looking to add new properties no matter the size of your investment portfolio.

Service Highlights:
Tenant Screening We use the top credit bureaus to thoroughly screen rental applicants 18 years and older. Full credit, criminal, evictions and sex offender, background checks are done and we verify employment income.

Property Advertising. Our focus is to advertise your property on sites that deliver quality renter leads and we go where renters are searching. In addition to advertising your property on our website, MLS, we syndicate your listing to big names such as Trulia, Zillow, Hodpads, FloridaRentalAds and many more.

Accounting and Billing. We offer our owners the convenience of receiving funds electronically. Owners receive their funds on the 3rd business day of the month.

Maintenance. Our maintenance department dispatches licensed vendors to service rent-ready, regular and emergency maintenance repairs. We do not keep a maintenance reserve but rather bill you when repairs are done. Property reviews are conducted at move in , renewal and move out with approx. 80-100 detailed photos.
