What to Expect

We offer an owner portal, this way you can see what is going on with your properties in real time. You are able to run summaries, profit and loss statements, etc any time day or night. This is will an accurate reflection of the rents collects less management fees and any repairs or maintenance needed. Deposit will be made electronically into your bank account and summaries are sent via email. At the end of each year, you will receive a 1099 for tax purposes and you will also receive a year end summary outlining income and expenses for the calendar year.
8% Sales tax will be charged as per NY state on all labor. Capital Improvements are not taxed.
