Most of our tenants have renewed at least once which is 24 months of stabilized income for the majority of our properties.

We have a good relationship with our vendors and because of our repeat business - we obtain fair and reasonable pricing. We past those cost savings onto you. Many of you call us for a recommendation when you want to do home improvements or renovations which demonstrate you trust the vendors we recommend. However , the contractors we recommend are independent of our company and we make no expressed or implied warranty or their workmanship or quality of work. We always encourage you to conduct market research for price comparison and reviews.

As of today, we have not had a landlord who needed to surrender their property and go into foreclosure. It is a very real possibility that the financial strain on a family can cause them to make dire decisions. I am proud to say that all -----absolutely all of our properties – generate enough rental income that allow our landlords to profit or meet their mortgage needs.

VII. Systems Oriented Business
We have a systems oriented business model to accommodate both our tenants and landlords. Very seldom do our clients have to come to the office to pick up or drop off anything because we are systems oriented. All of our files are stored electronically and can be accessed 24/7. Digital signatures, rental payments and rental disbursements are all automated. Maintenance requests can be submitted online and through our "new" maintenance service hotline 24/7. This is a big deal to the overseas landlord and /or the tenant who will be in the field for 30 days; or for the times you're on vacation ….life can go on knowing that your property management company can take care of your issues as they arise without needing you to be physically present .

VIII. External Company Referrals
We have great relationships with other property management companies, Realtors, and other business owners. We get a lot of referrals from Realtors outside of our company who know that "Shanell will take care of you". That's a compliment for our business. Although they have other choices, they pick up the phone to call on my company to help their clients, family members and friends.

IX. You can go on with life
We service landlords who, for whatever reason, have to move. They trust our company to take care of their property in their absence. We also have landlords who live locally and can confirm that their property is being handled properly. Currently we have landlords who live in Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, South Carolina, Korea, and Afghanistan, to name a few. That's a complement to our business because again, they trust us to take care of their property in their absence.
