FOR RENTAL OWNERS- We realize that an investment property is a very important part of your asset portfolio and we treat it as such. A rental property must be maintained, bring in good market rent and appreciate in value. That is our committed goal as property managers. This is accomplished by property inspections, thorough tenant screenings and property maintenance. All money transactions are handled by EFT from our property management company to our owner clients. When compared to other property management companies, our clients enjoy an average 99% occupancy rate. That is as good as it gets.
