Over 10 years ago, Real Estate Broker Maggie Caceres started a Real Estate firm initially dedicated to brokering real estate. With over 90% of her clients being referrals, many clients started investing in properties and there was a need to grow to provide Property Management services. Maggie later obtained her State license as a Community Association Management (LCAM), and also held a State license as a MLO or Loan Originator.

Besides the 3 State Licenses that give her a full range of knowledge in the industry, Maggie's strength and passion is accounting. She started at the young age of 16 as a bookkeeper and later achieved certification in Business Tax Preparation. Her entrepreneurial spirit, honesty, integrity and hard work has made MC Homes Realty, Inc. (MCH), one of the fastest growing companies in the Property and Community Association Management industry.

  • Analyze financial statements - Forward to the Board within time lines
  • Establish relationship with vendors to increase quality of services provided and reduce costs
  • Screen all vendors and ensure they are licensed, insured and bonded
  • Confirm compliance with all governing documents
  • Accounts receivable and payable processing
  • Delinquency notices and violation letters
  • Oversee the maintenance of common areas
