For our landlords, we:

• Prepare current market analyses to recommend the best rental rates
• Execute marketing campaigns for tenant placement (including full MLS listings and syndication to hundreds of other national and international websites)
• Conduct credit and background checks for all applicants
• Prepare and manage all lease documents
• Inspect properties for landlords on a scheduled basis
• Handle all accounting services for landlords, including collection and eviction services
• Provide monthly financial reporting for landlords
• Acquire, arrange and supervise maintenance services
• Perform any custom services requested by landlords as outlined in the property management agreement

In addition to having training in the legal, physical and financial management aspects of homeowners' and condominium associations, we recognize the number one issue that associations and their management companies have to deal with: enforcement of the association documents. When enforcement is not handled fairly, equally and unilaterally, an association runs the risk of, at the very least, not getting homeowners to be compliant, and worst yet, being fined or sued.

We attend to the needs of each community by providing management, bookkeeping and maintenance services. We utilize local or regional licensed contractors to handle landscape, irrigation, repair, janitorial, pool and other maintenance services, as well as major reserve-covered repairs for roofing, painting, paving, etc.
