Management Fees: There are never any hidden fees or surcharges for our services. We only get paid when you do! Electronic Client Portals: Along with excellent management services, we offer our clients and tenants the convenience of receiving and paying electronically through their secure online portals. This automated process makes it easy for owners to view accounting reports, track formal inspections and follow the maintenance resolution process through their owners' portal. For ease of comfort our tenants can also make their monthly rent payments through their tenants' portal.

Tenant Screening Process: We thoroughly screen all rental applicants. We utilize the top credit bureaus to obtain the applicant's credit history. We do a full and complete criminal, sex offender and eviction background check. We verify employment, income and references, including previous rental history.

Property Advertising: In addition to advertising your property on our company website, we also syndicate your listing to over 40 major real estate web portals. This includes our local MLS Listing Service, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist and Realtor.com ensuring that your most valuable asset is getting the attention it deserves!

Free Re-leasing Service: If your tenant breaks their lease agreement and moves out within the first 6 months of their annual lease date; there is no need for you to worry. We will re-lease your property at no additional charge to you.

Maintenance: We only use licensed and insured vendors. We have developed special vendor pricing agreements which helps keep our owners' costs down. Tenants are provided with an after-hours phone number for maintenance emergencies.
